How to set content expiration for HTCOMNET folder:

Step 1. Run "Start"->Settings->Sontrol panel->Administrative tools->Internet Information Services Manager->expand "default web site", right mouse click at the "HTCOMNET" folder and select "properties".

Step 2. Select the HTTP Headers tab, check "Enable content expiration", select "Expire on" and set year 2010.
