Thread Safety

Public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are safe for multithreaded operations. Instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.

Remarks

The data consists of: an identifier, the length (in bytes) of the value, count of items in value array , the property type, a reference to the property value and some methods.
