With use of screen shots with the Clicks Hotmap function project managers can trace a task performance process and correct an employee’s work online. Blocking or prevention of undesired activities.

Web site blocking uses a non-standard approach that has certain advantages compared with standard network screens (firewall) and operates even if proxy servers, anonymizers, vpn tunnels, or browser plugins transferring the traffic through anonymous proxies are used. If necessary, instead of blocking, one can use a message warning that the certain web site is not recommended for visiting. Integration with Active Directory.
Workmon agent automatically receives the information on the membership in Active Directory group for a current user, which allows to combine the users in groups on the control panel. An administrator does not need to do it manually. Besides, you can use a full name, email, position title, and other data from Active Directory user profile.
Performance statistics.
There is no need to thoroughly analyze large amounts of data on employees’ activities. An employee’s activities during a day or a week can be automatically represented in a clear report. All activities are defined by the program as efficient time, inefficient time, downtime, and neutral time. The administrator divides all apps and web sites according to their efficiency once and updates these settings from time to time. Security of very important PCs
Workmon can be used to control very important company computers, e. g. a production web server or a database server. Logs and screen shots of all user actions allow to control the work of a system administrator or to detect an unauthorized access. Besides, the history of all changes made on the server will help indicate the reason in case of any errors due to the administrator’s actions.
Statistics per categories.
App and web site division into categories allows to indicate the time spent by the employees per each category. Visible and hidden modes of the program operation.
In the hidden mode, the application does not show itself anyhow and cannot be stopped by a user without administrator’s rights.
